In order to ensure services are ongoing, permanent endowments are currently held at the Petoskey-Harbor Springs Area Community Foundation and at the Charlevoix County Community Foundation. These endowment funds are permanent funds within the foundations. Earnings from the funds may be used by the WRC for special projects, programming or operating dollars or reinvested back into the fund.
