We want to hear from you!
Women's Resource Center of Northern Michigan conducted a series of focus groups with men in the community 12 years ago. We invite you to participate in one of three focus groups this year to help us understand how perceptions and concerns have changed since that time.
Three questions is all we will ask during this casual and open discussion about the issue of violence against women and girls. You do not have to have any answers about this complex and challenging problem, just your own perceptions and feedback. Focus groups will be facilitated by Violence Prevention Team members Kevin Burns, Ben Hicks, and Bill Wilson.
Three focus group options
Three focus groups will be held to provide you with options to participate with a total of ten spots available at each group. Focus groups will be held:
5:30-7:30 p.m., Tuesday, October 29 and November 12 at Petoskey District Library
5:30-7:30 p.m., Monday, November 18 at Boyne City District Library
You can't have a free flowing discussion without the comforts of food. Pizza, light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
