  • We are here together in the best interest of children and families
  • We assume that everyone is doing the best they can
  • We agree to actively challenge myths, stereotypes and devaluing language
  • We relate as equals
  • We encourage everyone to self-monitor to ensure all have an opportunity to contribute
  • We acknowledge perpetrators are the only ones responsible for their actions
  • We hold perpetrators accountable to reduce risk of harm to children
  • We partner with non-offending parents/caregivers to promote safety, healing and nurturance
