Charlene Hunt (center) manager of Fustini’s Oils and Vinegars in downtown Petoskey is pictured presenting a donation of $428 to Gail Kloss (left) and Jan Mancinelli of the Women’s Resource Center of Northern Michigan. The donation represents a percentage of proceeds from an in-store and online sales benefit which coincided with the release of Fustini’s third cookbook, Entertaining with Fustini’s. Similar sales benefits took place at Fustini’s locations in Traverse City, Holland and Ann Arbor with funds donated to local non-profits in each community. Each event provided shoppers an opportunity to taste ‘small bites’ and drink samples from the newly published cookbook while Fustini’s co-owner, Jim Milligan, autographed copies.
