In Cheboygan, Emmet, Otsego, Charlevoix and Antrim counties call 2-1-1 to connect with people who can provide referrals and information to assist with essential needs 24-hours a day.

The Housing Assessment and Resource Agency (HARA) can be reached at 866-484-7077, ext. 278, providing supportive services.

HARA also provides an online list from the Michigan State Housing Development Authority of agencies and contact information in all Michigan counties, including the following five counties in Northwest Lower Michigan:
