The Women’s Resource Center of Northern Michigan’s (WRCNM) Safe Home was the recipient of dollars raised from the Jeans Charity Fund at Northern Michigan Sports Medicine Center (NMSMC) in Petoskey. Staff members at the Petoskey West Clinic decided on which local organization to support; throughout the year they made small contributions to the fund for the opportunity to wear jeans to work on Fridays. Presenting the $200 check are NMSMC staff (from left) Connie Smith, Ethel Larsen, WRCNM Executive Director Jan Mancinelli and Patty Schmoldt.
