Ward and Eis Gallery hosts ‘gifts twice given’ benefit
Ward and Eis Gallery in downtown Petoskey has demonstrated an intentional and genuine commitment to local charitable giving for more than 30 years. The charming gallery that features contemporary Native American art, jewelry and fine American leather goods will continue a tradition of donating 20% of store sales on Saturday, December 10 and 17, to the Women’s Resource Center of Northern Michigan (WRCNM).
“Those familiar with the longstanding sales benefit, plan their gift shopping on one of the two Saturdays prior to Christmas, because they know the gifts they purchase will also help fund crucial WRCNM programs and services relied on by thousands of individuals every year; essentially a gift twice given,” said Gail Kloss, WRCNM Executive Director.
Ward and Eis Gallery also provides charitable support to several area non-profits through the donation of 2% of annual sales, 100% of the proceeds from a book they authored titled Magpie Papers and 20% of sales from a Thanksgiving benefit.
Ward and Eis Gallery is located at 315 East Lake Street, in the heart of Petoskey’s Gaslight District, and can be reached at (231) 347-2750.
