Women’s Resource Center of Northern Michigan is raffling a one-of-a-kind paddle board and paddle designed and crafted by Jason Thelen of Little Bay Boards to support life-saving, life-changing services offered to women, children and families across northern Lower Michigan.
The board is handcrafted from knotty white cedar featuring a custom painting by local artist Mary Bea McWatters. The design on the board combines symbols intended to pave the way forward toward a beautiful life. The hollow-core, eco-friendly board is ten feet and one half-inch tall, weighs 27 pounds and is valued at $4,000.
